Terms of Service (TOS) – Swim Fast Academy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Swim Fast Academy. By enrolling in lessons or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Enrollment and Payment

• All students must be registered prior to attending lessons.

• Fees must be paid in advance according to the selected program or schedule.

• We reserve the right to suspend lessons if payment is not received on time.

• Fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice.

• Missed lessons without notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of the swim school.

• In the event of cancellation by the swim school, a make-up lesson or refund will be offered.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

• Students are expected to arrive on time and be ready for lessons.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time.

• Repeated absences may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Health and Safety

• Students must be in good health to participate.

• Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to lessons.

• The swim school reserves the right to refuse participation if safety is at risk.

• All participants must follow pool rules and instructor guidance at all times.

6. Supervision and Responsibility

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children outside of lesson time.

• The swim school is only responsible for students during scheduled lesson times.

7. Behaviour

• Respectful behaviour towards instructors, staff, and other students is required.

• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from lessons without refund.

8. Liability

• Participation in swimming lessons involves inherent risks.

• The swim school is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage except where required by law.

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

9. Photography and Media

• Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes with consent.

• Customers may opt out by notifying the swim school in writing.

10. Changes to Services

• The swim school reserves the right to modify lesson schedules, instructors, or programs as necessary.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate enrollment for breach of these terms.

• No refunds will be provided in such cases.

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.
